Interesting spot located right in the midst of Tottenham Court. Hard to rate the service when you don't actually see anyone, they just send you an entrance code for the main door and your room and you let yourself in. Room was nice but quite small, they do provide some nice snacks and drinks for you. Elevator broke when I was there and had to take the stairs, but they did message me to let me know what happened. Overall a nice value and something a bit different.
For the location and price you aren’t going to get much better. _____ I saw a few reviews of people struggling with the codes and the lack of services. I am assuming the people struggling with this are not the most technologically inclined so a serviceless hotel is tough for them. Our check in was easy. ______ A couple more reviews where people were complaining about the noise. You are in London (a very busy city). If noise is an issue I would look less central or look in a different price range. ______ All in all. Great location. Lots of places to grab a drink around. Good bakeries and cafes .Close to SOHO and stations. Would stay here again.
Clean, efficient space for solo traveler. Didn't have warm water one night for a shower, that was a bummer. Would stay again if price remains competitive. Don’t count on getting luggage storage.
Great location. We had the corner room on the first Floor. Nice clean. Good size. But a bit noisy because of the Street
Self online check in. Everything is being done online. Didn’t see any staff. The room was cozy. All you need in central London. 5min walk to Tottenham court road station. The cafe downstairs serve good coffee and good pastry hotel guest get 30% off at the cafe. The view from the room was nice!
The location is perfect, a few minutes away from the British Museum. The bedroom was cosy, no noise from outside. Very reactive on WhatsApp; the lockers are a great addition after the check-out. Would definitely recommend!
